Termination of Business Broadband Service

If your company do not require the broadband service with us and would like to terminate the subscription, you would need to drop us an email at 
termination.sg@myrepublic.net using:

  1. Company registered email to send us termination request with the details below:
    • Company name
    • MyRepublic Account Number
    • Termination date
    • Contact person contact number
  2. OR, If the company registered email is no longer avail, you can use another email to submit the request with the following attachments that contain the required details:
    • Company letterhead.
    • Director Signature.
    • ACRA
    • Required details:
      • Company name
      • MyRepublic Account Number
      • Termination date
      • Contact person contact number

Please let us know at least 30 working days in advance and we will reply to you within 5 working days via email or a call back for the collection of equipment below:

  • Alcatel Lucent / Nokia ONT (Modem)
  • Power Adapter
  • Fibre Cable
  • LAN Cable

In the event of an immediate termination request, the subscribed Services for 30 days from the official notice will still be billed along with any applicable early termination charges.

Biz Voice Number Porting

If you intend to port the current Biz voice number to other service providers, your service needs to remain active. You may send us a request to terminate your fibre broadband and Biz voice once the number is successfully ported over. 

Please note that there may be a $43.60 termination of number port service charge for each line if you wish to terminate your port-in number with MyRepublic. 

Return of Equipment

An appointment will be arranged to collect the above-mentioned equipment, do note that there will be a $183.38 loss of equipment charge imposed if you do not return the equipment to us within 14 days of the termination date.

If you have missed the 1st collection of equipment appointment and would like to reschedule again, there will be a $87.20 (w/ 9% GST) charge.

Alternatively, you may return the equipment to the following outlets:

1) Hillion Mall (wef 1 Jan 2021)

Final Bill

A final bill may be sent after the termination of service to reflect any unbilled or delayed charges (ex: Local and International calls, Lost of Equipment, etc.)

If you still have remaining months of your contract, you will need to pay monthly subscription x remaining months of your contract.

If you're off contract, we will charge for the usage of the number of days x off contract price.

If you're on a no-contract plan - cancellations will incur your last month’s bill in full and not prorated per day
