I would like to change the Authorised Officer / Technical In-Charge / Billing In-Charge, is it possible?

For change of Authorised Officer

Please provide a Letter of Authorisation/Change of Authorised Officer (Click here for a letter sample and required details). The letter is to be provided on company letterhead and submit together with a copy of New Officer’s NRIC / Driver’s License / Employment Pass / Work Permit to MyRepublic.

Please submit the letter and required document with clear email subject (such as Company Name, Customer ID, BRN, request type) to business.support.sg@myrepublic.net.

 

For change of Technical In-Charge/Billing In-Charge

Please fill out the Technical In-Charge / Billing In-Charge Application Form and submit together with a copy of the new In-Charge's NRIC / Local Driver License / Employment Pass / Work Permit

Please submit the completed form with clear email subject (such as Company Name, Customer ID, BRN, request type) to business.support.sg@myrepublic.net

 

Lead Time

The change will take effect within 5 working days.
